Mas d’Oliu – Holiday Home with Private Pool near Martel, Lot, France 🌿

Minimum stay: 3 nights all year round, except July and August. In July and August, stays are from Saturday to Saturday.

The private swimming pool is not heated and is open from mid-April to the end of October.

With 3 bedrooms and space for up to 7 guests, Mas d'Oliu is ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. Here, you can enjoy the peace and privacy of the countryside while being close to some of the most beautiful places to visit in the Lot and Dordogne Valley.

🏡 A charming Quercy stone house

Mas d'Oliu is an old Quercy stone house full of character, with original stone walls, a traditional fireplace, wood-burning stove, spacious rooms and a beautiful monumental staircase.

The main living area is warm and welcoming, with a large dining table where everyone can gather for meals. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy relaxed meals together.

A second, bright and spacious living room provides a comfortable place to read, play games, watch TV or simply relax after a day exploring the Lot.

Upstairs, the house has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people.

The main bedroom has a double bed, views over the woodland and its own private shower room and toilet.

The two other bedrooms are charming attic rooms: one has a double bed, while the other has a double bed and a single bed. They share a small washroom on the landing.

A further shower room with toilet is available on the ground floor.

🌿 Private pool and 5,000 m² of nature

Outside, the large 5,000 m² garden is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the French countryside.

Spend the day by the private swimming pool, relax in a hammock beneath the oak trees, enjoy lunch on the terrace or prepare dinner on the plancha.

The pool is not heated and is open from mid-April to the end of October, depending on weather conditions.

A walking and hiking trail starts directly from the property, so you can head out into the surrounding countryside without even getting in the car.

High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is also available, making it easy to stay connected or work remotely if needed.

Martel is just 3 km away, with its historic streets, shops, restaurants and local market.
